It’s 2019 and we are looking ahead at what is to come! As always, we want to continue to elevate our business forward and fast.  In 2018, we had the honor of serving 600+ people and families in finding a place they called home. We are so grateful to our forever clients who continue to trust The Laurie Finkelstein Reader Real Estate organization in sending us repeated referrals, raving reviews and new business.

Last year was also filled with awesome and necessary changes, growth, learning and challenges. We became an independent brokerage, grew our Administrative staff by 3, increased our real estate team by 8 and hired a Marketing coach that has helped our agents and staff get out of comfort zones and embrace video & digital technology. We had an incredible business planning meeting that helped us focus on micro-commitments in order to achieve those bigger goals and we also agreed to have dog friendly Fridays here and there!

This year our organization is committed to being uncomfortable in exchange of exponential growth.  We want to help 1000 families in 2019 and what better way to manifest this than by putting it in writing and holding ourselves accountable! None of this will be possible without our extraordinary people that we continuously pour into and none of it is possible without our clients who continue to trust us.  We are so excited for what this year has in store for this organization and we want all of you to be a part of it!
